The Installation Station

Don’t go here, terrible customer service. I’m looking for a single 12” ported box for a sub I already own. I ask if they have any and he puts me on hold which is fine. Frank comes back and says yeah they have 1 and it’s $120. I ask for the box specs and he says idk. I then ask for the tuning frequency and airspace for the sub. He says idk again. He couldn’t be bothered to actually look at the box and it’s even worse that he doesn’t even know the products that they sell. If you can’t even tell me the tuning frequency why would I buy anything from you. This was by far some of the laziest customer service I’ve ever experienced.

Did a great job for me. We’re all very nice and checked in to update me, offer me water, even lunch. I was very pleasantly surprised and if I get anything else done, I’ll go to them!

🚗🔊 Vehicle #4 officially pimped out! At this point, I should probably have a punch card or something—4 installs and still going strong! Every time I roll in with a stereo system that looks like it was installed by raccoons, these guys work their magic and turn it into a concert on wheels. Different guys have helped me over the years (yep, they’re still rockin’ it there), and the VIP treatment is always on point. It’s like the Ritz-Carlton of car audio—except way louder and with way more bass. Professionals through and through. You guys crushed it again. Bravo, gentlemen 👏🔥
